You will work together with the global Process owners and technical stakeholders to understand current business processes within the FICO solution and will work to design build and implement improvements. Projects in the pipeline include S/4Hana implementation, Finance process standardization, international rollouts, and implementing new functionality. The consultant supports the business key user's community by offering consulting within the ERP application.Your Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical leadership for SAP FICO and ideally Treasury topics, end-to-end process knowledge
- Work with key finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into viable solutions
- Preparation of draft solution proposals for the topics raised by the customers in the business departments
- Implementation of requirements from implementation projects and/or from subsequent customer change requests
- Functional and technical leadership around SAP Financials, modules including integration TR, MM, SD
- Design and specification of processes which need to be implemented in the ERP environment.
- Preparation of testing and training concepts (IT related testing of changes in ERP environment)
- Support for the execution of training and distribution of information.
- Continuous optimization/improvement of the support ERP applications
- Ensure integration with the other ERP or VIM and HR applications
- The consultant is responsible for all technical and organizational aspects related to the activities in his/her area of responsibility.
- 5+ years of SAP FI-CO hands-on configuration experience (process and functional consulting) ideally also knowledge of the treasury module
- Module knowledge: FICO, TR (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, IFRS, Consolidations, BCM, FI-MM, FI-SD)
- Integration experience with third party tools
- Knowledge of the ERP/MIS system integration and interdependency aspects
- Recording and implementation the technical requirements in the business
- Experience with integration with the other ERP applications
- Experience in preparation and execution of user trainings
- Cross functional understanding of processes
- Analytical approach to problem solving and solution development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possibility to work up to 2 days weekly from home
