- Lead a number of critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to structure critical projects/software and facilitate decision making
- One of Collibra's core values is 'Embrace and Drive Change', which is a core responsibility of PMO in the Product & Engineering organization
- Contribute to the design, development and iterations on a framework and materials for project management including but not limited to planning iterations, risk management and progress reporting
- Drive accountability by identifying, documenting and developing key performance indicators and metrics
- Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed expectations as well as managing expectations of cross-functional partners
- Work with various domain experts from Product Managers, Engineers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
- 2+ years experience in managing multiple projects, preferably in a technology organization
- A technical background, preferably in Software Development, Testing or in a CI/CD context
- Experience in working in a multi-language, multi-time zone environment
- Business acumen, statistical analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills - we're a global team and English is the most spoken language
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with Jira is a must.
- You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ.
