  • A customer quality specialist with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Your responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers on quality-related topics and supporting them in resolving their requirements.
  • Managing customer complaints, including proposing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Applying and developing quality methods and tools (e.g., 8D reports, PFMEA).
  • Actively participating in audits (internal and external).
  • Collaborating on preventive measures to ensure a high level of quality.
