Grow with us and join the outstanding team at our office in Pilsen, Czech Republic.What Your New Challenge Will Look LikeAs a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:Ensuring comprehensive transportation execution in day-to-day operations using our state-of-the-art transportation management systemRealizing transportation cost optimization and cost improvement measures to meet customer expectationsCommunicating regularly with customers about transportation status and taking on first level escalations in your daily workTaking on responsibility for the quality and performance of work for 3 to 4 assigned team members; managing capacity and allocating tasks within the teamBeing the first point of contact for team members handling complex transportation setups and process deviations as well as for team managing related processesProviding onboarding trainings for new colleaguesIdentifying and initiating continuous improvement measuresDriving the performance of supply chain stakeholders (e.g., carriers, warehouses) through regular performance reviewsWhy you belong at 4flowYou have 2+ years of experience in logistics (transportation) and high focus on customer serviceYou can quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating in a friendly and solution-oriented wayYou are confident in using IT systems and have strong communication skills in English (German, French or Spanish are beneficial)You feel comfortable in working with virtual and international teamsYou are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environmentWhat we offerBe part of an award-winning and international company that offers a vibrant corporate culture and excellent individualized training opportunities for your personal development.
