- Engage with stakeholders from various departments to understand their business processes and translate these into a good functional design.
- Provide functional and technical guidance on the integration of new services into existing systems.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and enhancement of applications to ensure alignment with existing infrastructure.
- Discuss functional testing, ensuring a flawless deploy.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in ICT.
- Functional analysis experience in financial applications.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL (writing queries).
- Knowledge of system analysis techniques (UML…).
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with SAFe or other modern agile software development methodologies.
