You are responsible for the management of a seat project related to testing:

Preparation and maintenance of validation plan (time, cost and sample tracking) on mechanisms, seat structures and complete seats
Definition of test requests based on legal and customer requirements for safety and functional tests
Manage the in-time scheduling of test slots and hand over of test samples
Monitor the set-up and correct execution of static, dynamic and functional tests
Analysis, plausibility check and documentation of test results
Qualified reporting to the engineering teams and to the customer
Communication with test labs and engineering teams
Communication with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

Experience at a similar position in the testing or validation department would be a big benefit
Familiarity with the automotive industry
Finished technical studies or technical understanding with relevant experiences
Fluent language skills in English are needed.
German language skills would be beneficial.
MS office - advanced user
Very good communication and organizational skills and efficiency in planning daily work activities
