We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Sales Admin / Pre-Sales Agent, who will support the sales department and ensure the smooth running of quotation processes.Your responsibilitiesAdministrative support for the sales team in preparing quotationsProcessing requests in the system (Salesforce) and handling ticketing tasksReviewing and completing quotation documentationCooperating with internal teams and handing over materials to downstream departmentsMonitoring SLA compliance and managing dataCandidate requirementsPrevious experience in an administrative, sales, or support role (e.g. sales support, back office, etc.)Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce is an advantage)Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)English and German at a communicative level (required)Ability to work with data and documentationIndependence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skillsWhat Siemens is Offering Beyond a Great Career Opportunity?More time to rest
