Our Cyber Defense and Operations unit is a hub of excellence, composed of skilled professionals dedicated to safeguarding our clients' digital assets.We are growing our capabilities and are now looking for a ULM (Unified Log Management) & SIEM DevOps Engineer focused on the Elastic platform to join our expanding team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy Elastic Stack clusters (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Elastic Agent) across OpenShift, Kubernetes, and other infrastructure environments.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and resilient logging and SIEM solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage platform availability, performance, and scalability, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
  • Handle patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Elastic components and related tools.
  • Define and maintain technical guidelines, standards, and strategies for Elastic platform usage.
  • Provide pre-sales support by guiding customers on platform capabilities and integration options.
  • Work closely with Security Operations teams to enable efficient log onboarding, detection engineering, and response workflows.
  • Document, test, and maintain platform configurations and automation pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Elastic Stack (7.x/8.x), including architecture design, performance tuning, and multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP).
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and independently driving platform improvements.
  • Proactive in documenting, sharing knowledge, and contributing to internal best practices.
  • Curious mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
