- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance the overall experience.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions with empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
