- Creating and managing brand engagement campaigns for the iconic McDonald’s brand in 3 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine), including Global Moments, Value campaigns and other brand engaging initiatives.
- Delivering meaningful campaigns designed to strengthen McDonald’s brand trust, especially in cooperation with Human Resources and Public Relations departments (for example employee branding, supporting Ronald McDonald Charity House etc.)
- Developing family related communication, including running Happy Meal programmes through collaboration with creative agency, keeping track that McD is compliant with internal Marketing to Families guidelines.
- Keeping track of our branding and visual identity consistency throughout all consumer touchpoints.
- Close cross collaboration with other departments but also our agency partners (creative, media, social media).
- Efficient management of dedicated budget.
- 3-4 years+ of experience in B2C marketing or an advertising agency
- Paid & earned media experience
- Good analytical and evaluation skills
- Great communicator
- Native Czech and fluency in English needed
- Experience in multicultural marketing is a plus
