Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand and anticipate needs
Translate needs into processes, product requirements & feature requests
Define vision & product roadmap
Manage product backlog and prioritization based on changing requirements
Set sprint goals
Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
Liase with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Contribute to overall platform vision, roadmap, and business case
Establish and continuously improve product governance and compliance
Drive Customer Relationship Management customer master data quality governance & improvements

Your Profile:

Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or Information Technology
At least 4 years of experience as product owner, project manager or business analyst
Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Account & contact management
Salesforce certifications are a plus
Strong ability to involve and motivate people from different areas of the organization
Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum
Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in global stakeholder management
Experience with master data quality and data governance
Very good ability to think abstractly and analytically
Very good ability to prioritize deliverables effectively
