  • Preparing cost estimates for special product requests and implementing approved solutions into production.
  • Setting up manufacturing processes for special products and creating accurate production documentation.
  • Creating material flows for new parts and ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Collaborating with Quality partners to validate new materials and support issue resolution.
  • Participating in or occasionally leading improvement or layout-related projects, including activities tied to new product line introductions.
  • Supporting production teams by providing timely technical guidance and communication.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Having a technical educational background or prior experience in a technical or manufacturing-related field
  • Demonstrating working proficiency in English and Czech for daily communication with operators, engineering partners, and cross-site teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP processes or any ERP system.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Using CAD tools or showing readiness to learn basic CAD concepts.
  • Communicating effectively with operators and cross-functional teams, showing initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
  • Bringing a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in continuous improvement.
