This role operates in a fast-paced environment and focuses on shaping, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns that drive commercial impact and long-term customer value.Popis pozice:Campaign strategy a planning
  • Design and deliver end-to-end promotional campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Identify growth and promotional opportunities through market and competitor analysis
  • Define campaign scope including objectives, assortment, KPIs, timelines, and budgets
Campaign execution a coordination
  • Own campaign execution, including assortment selection and adherence to timelines
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust actions based on data insights
Promotion development a optimization
  • Develop and optimize promotional mechanics (discount structures, coupons, incentives, etc.)
  • Use data and performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Contribute to building long-term customer value through thoughtful promotional strategies
Reporting a performance analysis
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., sales, website traffic, conversion rates, campaign profitability) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct campaign post-evaluation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Profil kandidáta:
  • 5+ years of experience in campaigns a promotions, pricing, or revenue management within e-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset with proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organization skills, resilience under time pressure, and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.
  • Strong ability to clearly present data-driven findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent Czech and excellent English skills.
