Excitement about building both backend and frontend features using technologies like Python or Java, TypeScript, and React.
Interest in designing scalable systems and working with modern architectures like REST APIs or event-driven setups.
Some experience or curiosity about working with SQL databases and thoughtful data modeling.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git and a general understanding of how software moves from code to production.
A collaborative mindset: you enjoy learning new things and sharing insights with your team.
