  • Develop User Adoption Strategies: Create and execute tailored programs to boost product usage and meet the needs of key user segments
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the team, design and implement targeted campaigns to promote product features and best practices through blogs, webinars, and social media. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Deliver Enablement Programs: Organize training sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials to educate and empower users. Maintain a library of user resources, including guides and tutorials
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with cross-functional teams to address user pain points, advocate for user needs, and ensure feedback informs product development
  • Analyze and Report: Track user adoption metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and present insights to stakeholders
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in user adoption, customer success, or marketing, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Proven success in creating and executing user adoption and marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in creating training materials and customer enablement programs
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Fluency in English language
  • A customer-centric approach and passion for helping users succeed
