- Support the planning and execution of business unit events, ensuring alignment with product and regional teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and venues to manage logistics, contracts, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including marketing, product teams, and regional offices, to align event goals and messaging.
- Assist in event promotion, communications, and post-event reporting.
- Assist in developing internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, and reports.
- Manage content for digital platforms, such as intranet pages and social media.
- Conduct research and compile materials to support communication strategies.
- Provide on-site support during key events, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain event calendars, track budgets, and compile performance reports.
- Any additional tasks will be communicated and discussed with the line manager as needed.
- Recently completed a graduate degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Eligible to work in Prague without the need of VISA sponsorship.
