- Inventory & Stock Optimization: Manage the lifecycle of vehicle stock, from overseeing the local branch inventory to handling aging stock and ensuring a healthy flow of availability to meet sales targets.
- Dealer & Financial Orchestration: Act as the primary point of contact for dealer payments, managing debtors, processing credit notes, and providing essential support for financing and payment terms.
- End-to-End System Management: Take charge of high-level data maintenance within SAP and specialized internal systems, ensuring all transactions and orders are flawlessly recorded. 💻
- Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the management and distribution of Certificates of Conformity (COC) and handle all critical sales documentation, including specialized "Swap" handling between locations.
- Specialized Account Management: Coordinate unique sales processes for "fleet" or high-profile accounts, including press vehicles, police contracts, and internal company/employee purchase programs.
- Proactive Communication: Keep the dealer network synchronized by providing real-time updates on delivery timelines, delays, and official circular correspondence. 📢
- Operational Support: Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to assist in "Niguri" (supply/demand) planning and manage the administration of company-owned vehicle fleets (purchasing through reselling).
- Legal Eligibility: In accordance with local labor laws, you must hold free access to the Czech labor market (EU citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit).
- Professional Attitude: A solution-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex logistical challenges independently.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret sales data and translate it into efficient supply chain actions.
- Communication Skills: Confident and clear communication style, capable of negotiating and supporting a diverse dealer network.
- IT Literacy: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and the ability to quickly master complex, unique internal ERP systems. 📈
- Language Skills: Good English knowledge (written and spoken) is essential for reporting and international collaboration.
- Business Acumen: A broad understanding of the sales lifecycle and how logistics directly impacts business growth.
- Experience with SAP or similar high-level ERP platforms.
- Previous background in the automotive or motorcycle industry (Motorcycle Sales).
