Job Description:Are you passionate about data analysis and reporting? Do you excel at transforming complex data into actionable insights? We are looking for a dedicated Performance and Reporting Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency and support our leadership team with vital performance metrics, starting from May 1st.What you’ll be doing:

Prepare detailed reports on operational efficiency, focusing on key performance indicators.
Understanding of operational data structure through advanced knowledge of operational processes and systems and how these are linked to other departments in the company.
Create advanced Power BI dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends.
Utilize Pivot Tables to summarize and analyze extensive datasets.
Develop semi-automated reports using Macros in Excel.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Data team to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.
Monitor corrective measures and provide data-driven recommendations.
Ability to take a lead role in reporting / performance optimization initiatives and projects.

What you’ll bring:

Minimum secondary education.
Excellent knowledge of Czech/Polish and B2-level English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
Solid analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to focus on client needs with a pro-customer approach.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new workflows and operational demands.
