Our mission is to provide them with platforms, expertise, and services to ensure their systems are always available to end users.You will be responsible for:Receive IT requests from customers via phone, chat, email, and our ticketing toolHelp resolve incidents and customer requestsCommunicate with both technical teams and customers in English and PolishSupport your teammates by helping to distribute incoming requestsProvide remote assistance to end usersInvestigate and diagnose end-user issuesWe expect you to have:Fluent English (level B2 or higher) and PolishEducation in IT or a good understanding of IT conceptsCommunication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team​We offer:Contract is for an indefinite period of time
