Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.Main responsibilitiesManage API sourcing, selection, and qualification projects with external partners.Lead cross‑functional technology transfer teams, maintaining full technical ownership throughout the lifecycle.Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to routine operations teams and external partners.Develop and execute process validation strategies, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.Manage and consolidate project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, standardisation, and systematic lessons learned.Ensure strong partnership, communication, and alignment with internal stakeholders and CMOs.About youExperience5–7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in at least one of the following fields:
