- Process Management: Strategically manage and optimize warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to legislative requirements and quality standards, including GDP (Good Distribution Practice), ISO, and other national regulations. This involves preparing for and conducting audits and inspections (e.g., SÚKL) and collaborating on GDP process documentation.
- Inventory Control: Oversee and manage stock levels, including implementing secure inventory management systems.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Lead and coordinate both internal and external teams and partners, including quality, purchasing, sales, customer service, and external suppliers.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), propose process improvements, and report on results.

- Experience: Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, preferably with pharmaceutical products.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of GDP and relevant European and national regulations for the storage and transport of medicinal products (e.g., temperature control). Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental protection is also a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical and leadership skills with experience managing a team. The ability to work with ERP systems and MS Office is essential.
- Language: Fluent in Czech with a communicative level of English or German.
- License: A valid B driver's license is required.
