This team plays a foundational role in enabling the development of conversational AI solutions and Power Platform applications across the organization.As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code templates. You'll work primarily in Azure, using Bicep to deploy custom RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation models) and other components in a highly secured landing zone. You'll often be the first to explore new territory, figuring things out independently and paving the way for others.ContextThe GenAI & Power Solutions team builds employee-facing bots using Copilot Studio and the Azure AI Foundry platform, powered by RAGs developed by the ADAM data science team.As a DevOps Engineer, you design the tools, pipelines, and infrastructure that make development and deployment possible. You'll collaborate closely with others in the team (who implement business cases), the ADAM team (who build the models), the Public Cloud team (for Azure governance), and other stakeholders like the .NET competence center.What we expect from you:

Design and implement infrastructure-as-code templates using Bicep.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying RAGs and bot components in Azure.
Work in a highly secured cloud environment, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
Collaborate with architects and developers to align infrastructure with application needs.
Explore new technical territory and document best practices for future use.
Support and consult other teams within GenAI & Power Solutions on DevOps-related topics.

You will work in an agile, collaborative environment with colleagues in Belgium, Czechia, Bulgaria and Hungary. Hybrid working is supported in line with KBC's policies.Technical & DevOps Skills:

Azure (PaaS services, secure landing zones)
Infrastructure as Code: Bicep (Terraform is a nice to have)
CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
Python, C# (for scripting and integration)
Experience with RAG deployment and Azure AI Foundry is a strong plus

Other Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude
Comfortable working in uncharted territory and figuring things out independently
Security awareness and attention to compliance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Fluent in English
