- Support in the creation and implementation of strategies for Out of Home and e-commerce channels to support the growth of the Ferrero portfolio.
- Shared with Channel Manager E-commerce management
- Help in monitoring the performance of Ferrero products on e-commerce platforms (sales, availability, visibility).
- Support in optimizing product content and digital exposure.
- Help in preparing promotional plans and evaluating their effectiveness. Level of responsibility: Full Out of Home management
- Support the Channel Manager and the Sales Team in analyzing the performance of the OOH channel (special focus on C&C and on the GO) and e-commerce - identifying opportunities for growth.
- Monitoring competitor activities and prices in OOH channels. Level of responsibility: Full Data analysis and reporting and Shopper insights
- Use available data and help in creating reports on OOH and e-commerce performance.
- Support the sales team in evaluating growth opportunities based on data insights.
- Assist in collecting and interpreting insights on shopper and consumer behavior in the OOH and e-commerce environment.
- Support in translating these insights into specific recommendations for channel development.
- University degree and ideally 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Ability to understand customer behavior
- Knowledge of promotional mechanisms and pricing strategies
- Business thinking and ability to support channel strategy
- Understanding of Out of Home (OOH) channels and customer behavior
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales principles a significant advantage
- Good knowledge of Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strategic thinking and practical approach (“can-do” attitude)
