Each year, the Group manufacturers thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors.We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team!Team Overview and Job responsibilities:Monitoring customer portfolio stocks (SAP)Planning, organizing and optimizing the transport and delivery of goods within the deadlines required by customers.Issues and transmits delivery orders to the finished goods warehouse.Issues and carefully verifies the correctness of specific documents in cases of extra-community export (with customs)Maintain permanent contact with the carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.Provides information on the status of shipments to the sales department and, where appropriate, directly to customers.Periodically analyzes the activity and proposes measures to optimize logistic processes (warehouse and transport)About youEducation background: Bachelor/Master in Operations - Supply Chain, Industrial Eng., Economics-Good experience years in Supply Chain / Projects Logistics- Fluent in English- Experience in multi-cultural environment working with remotely spread teams- Proactivity and strong interest in the industry in which it operates
