- Driving the reduction and optimization of spare parts stock across global production plants
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs related to spare parts performance and inventory targets
- Collaborating with Storeroom, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure optimal spare parts availability
- Leading initiatives to reduce storeroom value and implement model storeroom standards globally
- Identifying and eliminating slow-moving and obsolete spare parts across all levels
- Working cross-functionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement best practices
- Supporting improvement projects through planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Promoting safety, quality, and 5S standards across production sites
- Technical education (minimum high school, Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in process optimization and spare parts management
- Experience with project management
- Technical background with a mandatory ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Fluent English and Czech
- Good computer and data management skills, experience with SAP is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
- Above standard salary based on skills and previous experience, with regular salary increases
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours and the option of working from home
- Transportation allowance of CZK 100 per day, regardless of place of residence or means of transport
- 5 weeks of vacation

- Semi-annual bonuses (CZK 15,000 base bonus paid in July, CZK 10,600 base bonus paid in December)
- Performance based bonus of up to CZK 8,000 per year
- After the probation period, Kafeteria benefit contribution of CZK 850 per month
- Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive (STI) of up to 10%
- After the first year, pension insurance contribution of 3 percent of base salary
