- Collaborating with suppliers on development, changes, and validation of components
- Managing project timelines and ensuring key milestones are met
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams in English
- Supporting customer and core teams with issue resolution and product integration
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and international collaboration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 2-5 years of experience in mechatronics (preferably in automotive or industrial applications)
- Advanced English proficiency (daily use in technical discussions and documentation)
- Experience with automotive development processes advantage
- Familiarity with project management and supplier coordination
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and shifting priorities
- A learning mindset - eager to adapt and apply new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Electrical circuits and Ohm's Law
- Electromotors and power electronics for motor control
- Sensor technologies and their limitations
- Work on cutting-edge mechatronic systems used in modern automotive applications
