Seniority: JuniorProject Syndicate is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate with strong copywriting skills to help manage and expand its digital audience. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to craft clear, compelling content across platforms.The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns - across social media, marketing emails, on-site messaging, and newsletters - that promote PS content, drive audience engagement, and support subscription growth. The position reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with other members of the digital team to support broader initiatives as needed.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and/or journalism, and a demonstrated interest in global affairs and media. A high degree of flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities are essential for success in this role.Core Responsibilities:Manage and schedule daily posts across social media platforms, with attention to traffic performance and acquisition potential from these channelsCreate materials needed for campaigns, including text, creative assets, etc.Develop, test, and execute ongoing, dynamic, and cohesive campaigns across owned channelsMonitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize messaging and audience targetingLeverage the capabilities of our CMS's messaging system to better drive audience and subscriber growthSupport broader audience development initiativesKey Skills/Experience (required):Native-level English proficiency2+ years of experience in a digital marketing-focused role and/or news media in a business capacityDemonstrated ability to craft concise, compelling copy for varied digital formatsA demonstrated interest in and understanding of news and current eventsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with a high level of detailDetailed knowledge of and experience working with a number of digital marketing and data management technologies (such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, Tableau)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially PhotoshopKey Skills/Experience (preferred):Familiarity with subscription models, paywall systems, and newsletter engagement tacticsExperience with market research or performance analysisFull-time position based in Prague with the possibility of 2 remote workdays per weekCompetitive salary and benefit packageDynamic work environmentProject Syndicate is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of background.
