Venture Search is working with a leading market-making firm, who are looking for an experienced Quantitative Analyst to join their team based in Prague. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with world-class trading houses while developing your quantitative skillset.Responsibilities:

Data analysis, mathematical model calibration, high-resolution market simulations.
Crafting price-prediction models.
Designing execution strategies to inform buy/sell balancing risk and opportunity.

Requirements:

A Master's degree or Bachelor's in mathematics (or an equivalent technical field).
Experience coding in Python.
Strong logical reasoning skills.
Knowledge of mathematical and statistical modelling.
