- Assigned customer portfolio to manage and drive their purchasing via consultative selling
- Proactively do calling to all assigned existing customers and new prospective clients (hunting) and generating pipeline and incremental business on both
- Providing an accurate forecast for the open and closed pipeline, and cooperating with other functions (Pre-Sales, Management, Pricing, Partner Managers, Filed Sales) to ensure smooth flow of the Business
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Proven track of records in KPIs and Sales Achievements
- A winning attitude and competitive nature
- Strong in communication and proactive approach to customers
- Ability to set priorities based on the customer, Quota and KPI objectives
- Ability to work under stress, handle unique situations and work in the team
- Basic IT knowledge and orientation on IT market
- Native one of the Balkan languages and strong English both in oral and written form
