- You'll be fully responsible for the organic growth and SEO performance of Invia's websites in the Czech Republic.
- You will lead a team of SEO specialists.
- You'll develop and execute our local SEO strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- We're looking for someone hands-on, experienced in international e-commerce environments.
- 5+ years of SEO experience with a strong track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue, ideally in e-commerce or travel.
- Native in Czech and fluent English (spoken and written).
- Solid experience in international SEO, including working with multi-regional/multi-language websites.
- Experience with website migrations, site launches, or replatforming projects.
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.
- Strong analytical thinking - ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Hands-on and proactive - you own your strategy from planning to execution.
- Passion for SEO trends and algorithm changes, and the ability to turn insights into results.
