Business Finance Analyst Oracle is member of GBFS Brno team located in Brno SSC and is supporting Regional Business Finance teams and individuals by collecting, recording, analyzing and interpreting financial/business information. The incumbent will play a key role in providing financial expertise and support to the various stakeholders in the region and in liaising with the transactional teams (GL/AP/AR) based in Brno SSC. The position requires a strong finance and IT background and a high degree of planning, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. The position can be also performed as part-time upon agreement.Representative activities:More specifically, the incumbent will provide efficient and timely support to the Regional Business Finance Teams and individuals in the following areas:

Participating in monthly closing activities and if applicable supporting monthly forecasting process
Financial analysis activities
Preparation of mainly internal, but if needed supporting also external reporting
Cooperating with other teams within GBFS EMEA organization
Participating and supporting process of annual Plan preparation
Assisting the business in identifying opportunities and driving standardization efforts and improvements
Numerous ad hoc analysis and support projects
The incumbent must be willing to travel occasionally to supported regions

Requirements:

Two or three years of experience in related positions within the accounting/finance area, University degree in economics or business administration is plus
Personal strengths include reliability, receptiveness, strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, ability to cooperate and communicate openly in the team, take responsibility
Structured and independent approach of working
Very good English skills in speaking and writing, second language is an advantage
Good PC skills (MS Excel, SAP/Oracle, MS Access is an advantage)
