Right now, we're looking for an ambitious and results driven Franchise Director to join our Czech team and lead the strategic growth of this key sales channel.About the RoleAs our Franchise Director, you will take full ownership of managing and developing our franchise network in the Czech Republic (currently approximately 70 partners and 120 locations), with plans for expansion. You'll be responsible for building a growth strategy, acquiring and onboarding new franchise partners, and ensuring strong, profitable, and sustainable relationships across the network.You will be the bridge between strategic vision and hands-on execution - driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and inspiring both your internal sales team and our franchise partners to deliver excellence.What you will do
  • Lead and grow the network - Manage, expand, and enhance the franchise portfolio in the Czech Republic.
  • Own budgets and targets - Plan, execute, and track financial and operational goals.
  • Shape the growth strategy - Work with management to design and implement a commercial plan that drives revenue and profitability.
  • End-to-end account management - From partner acquisition and contract negotiations to long-term collaboration and relationship building.
  • Drive performance - Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, upselling effectiveness, customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT) and operational KPIs to improve results.
  • Ensure quality and brand standards - Maintain and constantly improve consistency in service and brand experience across all franchise locations.
  • Coach and inspire - Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams to support franchise success.
  • Optimize processes - Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement improvements for increased efficiency.
What we are looking for
  • At least 3 years' experience managing a franchise or multi-unit sales network.
  • Strong track record in sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and lead change.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and partner management.
  • Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and committed to seeing projects through to completion.
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak proficiency and communicative English is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Czech travel market and customer trends is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the country for business meetings and partner visits.
