A role that turns product data into a high-performing shopping experience.EXPANDO is a fast-growing e-commerce partner helping brands conquer international marketplaces. From Prague to the rest of the world, we build high-performing sales channels on platforms like eBay, Kaufland, and Temu. We are looking for a specialist who will take full ownership of our clients' presence and ensure their brands don't just "exist," but truly stand out.This is not just about data entry.It is a position with a direct impact on conversion rates, brand perception, and how fast our clients can scale. We need someone who combines technical precision with a "native" feel for the market.What you'll do:You will be the architect of our clients' product catalogs. Your mission is to ensure that every listing is optimized, localized, and visually appealing for the target audience.
  • Manage & Optimize Listings: Create and manage product offers on eBay, Kaufland, and Temu, ensuring perfect categorization and data mapping.
  • Content & SEO: Write and optimize product titles and descriptions that actually sell. You'll make sure our clients' brands sound natural and professional.
  • Visual Excellence (Nice-to-have): Perform minor graphic adjustments (cropping, background removal, or simple banners) to ensure images meet marketplace requirements and attract clicks.
  • Performance & Marketing: Set up and monitor marketplace promotional tools (e.g., Sponsored Ads, eBay Promoted Listings) to boost visibility.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve listing errors, suppressed offers, and technical discrepancies directly within the seller portals.
  • Market Localization: You won't just translate; you will adapt content so it resonates with local customers and their search habits
Who you'll work with:
  • Account Managers & Onboarding Team - collaborating on launch strategies to ensure brands are "market-ready" from day one.
  • Clients - advising them on how to improve their product data and visuals to reach higher conversion.
  • Marketplace Support - navigating the technical requirements and support tickets of global platforms.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Language Skills: You are a native or C1 speaker of Czech or Polish. Why? Because you'll be the voice of our brands on these markets. You understand how local customers think, how they search for products, and how to make a listing sound natural and trustworthy (no "Google Translate" vibes here!).
  • Is Detail-Obsessed: You notice a typo, a wrong attribute, or a blurry image from a mile away.
  • Is Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with e-commerce tools, flat files (Excel/CSV), and navigating different seller backends.
  • Is Proactive & Organized: You don't wait for a listing to get blocked; you optimize it before it happens. You enjoy having things under control.
  • Has a Creative Touch: Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop are a huge plus for those quick visual fixes.
Experience with:
  • Seller portals (eBay, Kaufland, or similar),
  • Inventory management or listing tools,
  • Basic graphic design is an advantage.
