(Senior) IT System Administrator Helpdesk, Support and Managed Services

- IT Support & Helpdesk: Provide Level 1-3 technical support for internal teams and external customers of our digital platform
- System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure), and virtual environments
- Managed Services: Proactive monitoring and management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications
- Incident Management: Rapid diagnosis and resolution of technical issues to ensure 24/7 availability of our e-vignette platform
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Security: Implement and monitor security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
- Automation: Develop and implement automated solutions to optimize recurring IT processes
- Education: Completed IT education or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable qualification
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or managed services, preferably in e-commerce or digital services
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms, and network technologies
- Monitoring & Tools: Experience with IT monitoring tools, ticketing systems, remote support software, and ITSM frameworks (ITIL)
- Problem-solving: Analytical mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting in complex IT environments
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and customer orientation in direct support contact
- Languages: Fluency in Czech and English; knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Availability: Willingness for on-call duties and occasional weekend/evening work
