Currently we’re looking for a new team member to join our technical assistance team from 1.2.2026, where we help our clients on the road but also at home.What you’ll be doing:

Handling the helpline: taking phone calls and processing emails from customers in need of technical or moto & home assistance.
Verifying customer data and insurance coverage.
Handling of payments to clients and providers.
Registering and managing cases in our internal system, handle the administration of insurance claims, and review insurance claim documentation.
Organizing assistance using our network of service providers ((e.g., car towing, arranging services of a plumber, locksmith, roofer, etc.)
Collaborating with foreign branches of AXA Partners Group.

What you’ll bring:Profiency in Czech at C2 level.Secondary or higher educationKnowledge of English at a minimum B2 level (English proficiency will be verified during the initial phone interview)Ability to work 3 days a week from office in OstravaExcellent communication skillsAvailability and flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation, including shift work and two working weekends per monthAbility to organize your work effectivelyProficiency in MS Office suiteAdditional advantage: knowledge of other foreign languagesWhat we offer:At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
