- Evaluate price and reimbursement requirements as well as market access hurdles in Czech Republic & Slovakia in order to develop successfull pricing and approval strategies
- Anticipate price changes in Czech Republic & Slovakia, estimate the effects on both markets for planning purposes and business cases, launch execution, and stakeholder communication
- Support negotiations with health authorities and drive access innovation
- Coordination and heading of local pricing comitee to facilitate approvals by Corporate
- Participate in cross-functional activities, such as business case preparations, budgeting processes
- Monitor market trends, local legislative and ensure compliance with company standards
- Represent the company in key working groups and networks
- 3+ years of experience in market access as well as in pricing agenda
- Strong knowledge of Czech and Slovak healthcare system
- University degree and background in health economics, business, medicine, or life sciences (Bachelor's or higher)
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Skilled in project management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English
- Resident of Czech Republic or Slovakia
