Supervisor Manufacturing Quality

• Management and development of a motivated and qualified team
• Planning, organizing and controlling all manufacturing quality activities
• Ensuring comprehensive QA support on the shop floor
• Ensuring that quality requirements are communicated and implemented in production
• Organizing knowledge transfer and training on new processes, requirements, methods or guidelines
• Ensure laboratory testing is performed according to current standards
• Support and control the processing of quality deviations and tracking of corrective and preventive measures
• Responsible for creating and reviewing QMS documents for his area
• Support improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Management of tools in the Q Pillar and confident use of problem-solving tools (IPS/UPS/…)

• University degree business Admin, Chemistry, Engineering
• Appropriate work experience in a quality and leadership role.
• Fluent English (everyday communication verbal and written), Czech/Slovak
• Conceptual and analytical way of thinking, independence, detailed oriented, teamwork
• Willingness to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office knowledge (Excel - Pivot tables, Advanced formulas)
