Business Analyst (f/m)

• Regular evaluation of financial results of the segment, interpretation, preparation of comments and reports for management.
• Preparation of plans within standard planning cycles, including separate discussion of the plan with responsible managers.
• Participation in regular monthly closing for the given area.
• Business Case calculation for newly prepared services or campaigns.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis to clarify deviations from plans or to identify additional potential.

• University degree.
• Analytical skills- the ability to interpret financial and business indicators, including the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, more complex formulas).
• Advanced knowledge of Czech language (written, spoken) and upper-intermediate/advanced knowledge of English (written, spoken - willingness & ability to use it on a daily basis).
• The ability to independently propose solutions that will lead to the fulfillment of the desired goal.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships (stakeholder management).
• Collaborative thinking and a team-player spirit.

• Experience with a telco company.
• Previous experience in controlling, finance partnering or performance management.
• Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools (Power Query, SQL, Python, Power BI).
