Our product is a practical tool designed to deliver immediate results.We are looking for someone to work specifically for the Czech market of our company. Someone detail-oriented to manage and maintain our LMS platforms. You'll be responsible for setting up course structures, uploading materials, handling basic video editing, and resolving technical/content issues. If you have experience with LMS tools, solid organizational skills, and a good command of English, we’d love to hear from you.Your future responsibilities:

Work with the LMS admin panel
Create course cabinets in LMS & upload materials – Set up course cabinets in the LMS, structure them properly, and upload all required materials (presentations, recordings, assignments, etc.)
Process lecture recordings (basic video editing).
Troubleshoot and fix technical/content issues with course access and materials
Creating course schedules in Google Calendar.
Create surveys in Typeform and LMS to gather learner feedback.
Collaborate with designers, instructional designers, coordinators, support, and technical teams.

RequirementsRequirements:

Proficient in English at an Intermediate level

Experience with LMS/Google Classroom or similar platforms.
Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
Video editing skills: Adding branded intros/outros → logo animations, course title cards.

Subtitles & captions → creating or syncing subtitles (useful for accessibility + multilingual support).
Simple animations / explainer graphics → highlight text, arrows, or callouts on screen.
Cutting long lectures into modules/chapters → improve learner experience. * Additional language skills (English + Czech).
