- Handle customer inquiries regarding FinTech products, applications, and services via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide clear and accurate information on product features, pricing, and account management.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking and financial transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries swiftly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s offerings to best serve customers.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online banking technologies is preferred.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
