Požadavky: ✅ Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
✅Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
✅ Based in the Czech Republic (Brno or remote)✅Ability to participate in an intensive 10-week paid training in Brno (accommodation provided)
