Cloud Engineers are professionals who specializes in designing, developing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and solutions.Come and join our Public Cloud 24/7 Ops team!About the role:you will be supporting new solutions in AWS, Azure or GCP – dynamically scalable, highly available, fault tolerant, reliable and secure infrastructures, services and applications.Participating in operations work in 24/7 shifts and cooperating with other members of shifts team and daily operations teamProposing optimizations of existing managed cloud framework and providing feedback to architecture team and customer unit teamResolving incidents on customer’s Public Cloud infrastructure and services. This includes work in MS Azure, AWS and GCP environmentsPerforming changes in customer’s environments based on customer’s requestsFollowing Public Cloud specific processes and delivering incident resolution within SLA targetsWorking with application development teams to support the implementation phaseParticipating on projects for onboarding of customer under Managed Cloud servicesPlease note that all candidates will be required to obtain the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification during the probation period.This role will suit for you, if:You are eager to continuously learn new cloud technologies and trends and are motivated to change the direction of your careerYou are committed and ready to work hard to reach the set learning goals (certifications) and ready to jump to the cloud native world to support our customers digital transformationHave a solid background in software development and/or in infrastructure design, implementation and managementYou are open for agile way of working and fit a growth mindsetYou have strong English, both spoken and writtenYou can work in shift modeYou will get:Exciting career in growth areaPersonal learning path and ability to get Azure/GCP certifiedA mentor that supports you on-the-job learningBe part of an organization where everything starts from customer, and then continues with cloud nativeTo be in the forefront of new offerings on public cloudDeep understanding how public cloud enables our customers digital transformationWe also offer:Contract is for an indefinite period of time
