- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports submitted to the Group:
- Review and validation of monthly entries in accordance with the Group's accounting principles.
- Validation of key financial KPIs.
- Preparation and presentation of the monthly results analysis report for the Group, including a financial performance analysis and comparisons to the previous year, budget, and forecast.
- Preparation and presentation of monthly forecasts in coordination with other departments (production, Supply Chain). Identifying risks and opportunities to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
- Preparation and presentation of financial performance by product line/customer to the sales teams for identifying necessary corrective actions.
- Project management to ensure effective company management (review of production KPIs, monitoring of aged stock and turnover rate, validation of cost reduction projects, fixed cost tracking, etc.).
- Building and presenting the annual budget in collaboration with operational teams.
- Preparation of financial data and support for investment requests.
- Implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures to ensure the reliability of financial information and protect the company from fraudulent activities. You will ensure that all rules and procedures established by the Group are well understood and implemented on-site.
- Conducting ad hoc analyses as requested by the Group.
- A higher education degree, preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in finance (financial control, audit, accounting, etc.).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial control, ideally within an industrial setting.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the SAP environment is desirable.
- Fluent Czech language, proficiency in English is necessary.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills.
- Ability to anticipate, identify risks, and implement appropriate control measures.
- Adherence to commitments and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with operational teams at various levels.
- Ability to interact with senior management.
- Ability to act as a genuine "business partner."
