Cooperation for implementation of new technology/machinery/products
Cooperation for the creation of technical specifications for tenders, coordination of investment projects in the production
Creating and updating production procedures with respect to new products and its changes
Cooperation during the development of new products APQP, FMEA
Sample production, cooperation with R&D and quality dept.
Technical support for serial production, creation SOP
Continuous improvement of production processes, especially focused on material and labour efficiency
Cooperation with the quality department on errors analysis, direct support at customer´s premises
Continuous Improvement of production technology, cooperation with the suppliers
Cooperation on projects with other departments with respect to the QMS, EMS, OHSAS
Cooperation on 6S implementation
