Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Project Management Group LeaderYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Project Management Team in Brno.You will be mainly accountable for:

Development, maintenance and management of project management tools
Cooperation with all project managers, identifying their needs and then making suggestions for optimizing the tools used
Additional tasks according to current needs
Possibility to write a bachelor's/master's thesis

Qualifications for the role

Student of a technical university degree (mechanical or electrical engineering)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
English at A2 - B1 levels
Good organizational and communication skills
Precision, independence, willingness to learn new things
