- Understanding clients’ needs and the unique aspects of their markets
- Helping design surveys that get to the heart of what consumers think and feel
- Coordinating with global teams and data providers to ensure smooth execution
- Troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, and keeping projects moving
- Analyzing survey results and turning data into stories that guide advertising and brand strategy
- Working with experienced colleagues to improve how we work and innovate on projects
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) — in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Business… or just about anything if you're curious and analytical
- An interest in working with data, surveys, tables, and charts
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- A good grasp of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Great attention to detail, ability to juggle tasks, and stay organized
- A comfort with change, ambiguity, and a drive to improve and learn
