- Analyze business and system requirements and transform those into software features.
- Design features from end to end: from the technical model to beautiful user interface designs.
- Engage in requirements prioritization, release scope control, and project planning, together with the stakeholders of your product.
- Working as a business analyst in a Scrum team, you are part of the complete life-cycle of feature development.
- Plan how to bundle and release features together with the architects.
- Monitor the dependencies with other systems and timelines.
- Provide detailed specifications for implementation and testing.
- Verify and test new features as they are implemented.
- Guide the documentation as a subject matter expert.
- Make demos, trainings and presentations, to internal and external customers.
- Guide beta projects with customers and internal adopters.
- As a business analyst, you push for innovation and drive the vision.
- You have experience prior software business analyst or comparable job experience.
- You are a fast learner and critical thinker.
- You are flexible-minded and real team-player.
- You have ability to analyze and describe functionality, create mock-ups and diagrams in common IT tools, use also with MS Office.
- You have excellent verbal and written English skills.
- You can transform business requirements to system and functional concepts, with extreme attention to detail.
- You have a proactive attitude and hands-on mindset and like to organize your projects and tasks in a self-managed way. You can manage multiple priorities under set deadlines.
- You love to share ideas; you are an extraordinary team player and a good speaker.
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- SQL, XML and command line scripts are not unknown to you. Familiarity with cloud concepts is a benefit.
- Being familiar with cloud concepts and technologies
- Formal training in requirements analysis techniques, principles of user-centered design, and use case modeling.
- Experience with scrum
