- Lead a Team of Experts: Manage and inspire a team of 8 specialists, including Data Scientists, Commercial Analysts, and BI specialists.
- Master of KPIs: Own the definition, tracking, and reporting of B2B sales KPIs across all segments and products. You are the one who knows exactly how we're performing.
- Innovate with AI: Drive the development of predictive models and AI-powered tools that directly support CVM, proposition, and segment management.
- Strategic Partner: Act as the primary data and analytics partner for the Head of B2B Commercial Management and the CCO.
- Dashboard Architect: Oversee the design and delivery of automated BI dashboards and ad-hoc analytics that make life easier for our functional teams.
- Data Integrity: Ensure top-notch data quality, governance, and consistency across the whole B2B organization.
- Data-Rich Background: Strong experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data science, ideally within telecom or a comparable data-driven environment.
- KPI Framework Ownership: Proven track record of owning sales KPI frameworks and commercial performance reporting at a senior level.
- Technical Leadership: Experience leading data or analytics teams and the unique ability to translate technical capability into real business impact.
- Strategic Communicator: You are equally comfortable diving deep into data as you are presenting complex findings to senior commercial stakeholders.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and a working knowledge of data science and AI methodologies.
- Commercial Mindset: You clearly understand that data is a means to better decisions, not an end in itself.
