- 落实工厂合规性相关的措施，如易制毒易制爆化学品的登记。- 遵循工厂应急管理程序汇报及处理紧急事件，例如泄漏，受伤等。
- 积极参与质量活动，如好质量报告。
- DCS出现报警后，采取必要正确地措施，必要时进行汇报。
- 高效高质量地完成现场巡检以及时发现工艺、设备异常。对工艺和设备异常迅速采取正确的措施。收集异常的第一手资料并反馈于轮班主管，协助轮班主管故障排除及优化。
- 按计划执行LO/TO方案，发现方案不合理时及时反馈。协助维修技术员的维修工作。
- 执行5S区域并为5S的改善谏言。
- 听从高级技术员工作安排。认真完成日常工作，包括取样，槽车的装车和卸车等。落实定期的检查，并按要求正确完成记录。
- 清楚无误无遗漏地交接重要的生产信息。
- 完成EHS、工艺和生产相关程序的学习。及时反馈不合理的程序。及时完成LSO要求的培训。努力学习工艺和DCS。根据多技能要求和年度评估完善自我。
- 积极提交有关优化操作、工艺，降低成本和提高效率的建议，并执行所有优化项目的改进措施。
- 协调安排现场工作。帮助那些需要帮助的人。
- 主管安排的其它工作。岗位要求：- 技校及以上学历；
- 熟悉基本化学反应和化工工艺。熟悉常见的化工设备。- 基本的英文水准（相当于或高于高中水平）。
