- Immerse in Sales: Spend 18 months in a deep-dive experience, developing key skills that will lead to a Technical Sales Representative career.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop new influential connections with customers and business leaders.
- Job Shadow and spend time with different stakeholders: experience our product development in the Research & Development Lab, solve difficult technical problems with our Technical Services team or experience how our products are made in our production sites.
- Excel in Training: Gain knowledge and understanding of our Sherwin-Williams Sales processes, business operations, paint products, market segments, and go-to-market strategies work.
- Seize Opportunities: Identify opportunities for customer service or technical enhancements, upselling, and maximizing resources with innovative solutions.
- Travel and Explore: Be open to business travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes with overnight stays, and embrace the opportunity to relocate for Post-Graduate Program opportunities.
- A relevant Bachelor's / Master's degree or relevant vocational training (ideally within wood technical coatings)
- A passion for creating strong working relations with a variety of stakeholders and customers
- Ideally working knowledge of some (technical) Sales or working in a Lab.
- Openess to relocation based on business needs.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
- Fluency in the English language
